We collect information you provide, including beta application details, your name, email address, company and workspace details, support messages, and account preferences. If you connect an ecommerce platform or another service, we process the information needed to provide Rotate, such as product, variant, inventory, location, supplier, purchase order, sales order, customer, fulfillment, and shipping information.

With your choice, we use Google Analytics to collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, referring pages, campaign parameters, approximate location, device and browser information, and feature interactions. We store your analytics preference in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the Services; synchronize and display inventory operations you direct; authenticate users; maintain security and audit trails; troubleshoot and support customers; improve product reliability and usability; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, and operate Rotate; to connected platforms when you direct an integration; during a business transaction such as a financing, acquisition, or sale; or when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud and abuse.
